Jason Francis is a 16 year old Indian Boy who lives in Kuantan, Pahang, which is situated in Malaysia. He studies at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Sultan Abu Bakar. In 2005, he along with his Scrabble team members, Kevin Kwok, Dave Anand and Calvin Yong managed to clinch third place in the Inter-School Scrabble Tournament, organised by Mrs. Yap, who is a key player in the Malaysian scrabble scene. From there onwards, Jason Francis and his team members travelled to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia for the Inter-State Scrabble Tournament. Later in the year, he joined the District Level Scrabble Competition held by Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Abdul Rahman Talib. Jason Francis truly has taken scrabble in the state of Pahang to new heights.
