Hello and welcome to my user page. My name is Jas and I have established this account to help improve the overall quality and accuracy of Lekela-related articles.
For full transparency, I have chosen “Jas at Lekela” as my username so that my affiliation with Lekela, where I work as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager, is clear to all parties I may interact with in Wikipedia. I believe this username is appropriate and in line with Wikipedia:Username policy.
I also recognise how important it is to be respectful of Wikipedia’s neutrality and impartiality, and its place as the world’s online encyclopaedia. To that end I want to be clear that in creating this account, I fully understand the importance of a neutral point of view and also Wikipedia’s rules on conflict of interest.
My primary goal in being active on Wikipedia through this account is that I’ve noticed some of our wind farm projects in Africa are mentioned in Wikipedia, and I want to make sure that the facts are up to date, and the information is fair and balanced, in line with Wikipedia guidelines and rules.
I am still quite new to the site and I look forward very much to working with and learning from Wikipedia’s community of editors, and I welcome any questions, suggestions or advice on my Talk page.
I should note that due to my other roles and responsibilities at Lekela, delays may occur in addressing inquiries, so I appreciate your patience with me.
