I am an assistant professor at Jagiellonian University (Poland). I have education in computer science (PhD), theoretical physics (PhD) and mathematics (MSc). I am also very interested in biology related topics.
My most known contributions are introduction of ANS coding ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asymmetric_Numeral_Systems ) and help in development of MERW ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maximal_Entropy_Random_Walk ).
