Unborn Again Unborn Again is a 2017 political thriller set in the divisive 2016 election campaign that raises the question, "Can a combat vet heal his tortured soul by killing again?"

A white fundamentalist and Vietnam Veteran, Dewey Long is a good man to know if you need a machine fixed from a chain saw to a bicycle, but in an increasingly digital world, he remains stuck in analog. Although he's fond of children and pets, he has the nagging sense that the world is passing him by. He is haunted by a dark secret, which leads him slay a man whom he is convinced is violating God's law, then escape to the Great Smoky Mountains. In a perilous wilderness chase, the one cop with a hope of bringing Dewey to justice is Dewey's kid brother, Andy, who pursues him over challenging mountain trails. thumb|A top-rated political thriller

Dewey's attempt to put the evils of society behind him is disrupted by two backpackers, Chantal Washington, a captivating biology teacher, and her husband, Gary, a black criminal attorney. Dewey takes Chantal to be his mate.

Gary joins in the hunt along snowy precipices, up treacherous cliffs then down into the depths of the earth.

Climaxing with a heart-pounding chase, Unborn Again is a thriller that raises telling questions about race, abortion, politics, AR-15 assault rifles, and the nature of good and evil today.
