Please discuss here regarding the next WP:MEETUP in Florida.

Different meetup pages may be formed if more than a couple users want to converge at one area of Florida and other users decides by consensus that they want to meet up somewhere else. However, please first plan a proposed location first. Thanks.

Proposed dates and times

Proposal 1: Saturday, March 15, 2008; 13:00:00 EST

Reason: Mid-march is right around/after Spring Break, so it does not hinder the schedules of the younger population. 1pm time will ensure people can get up in the morning and drive... Miami to Orlando should not take more than 3.5 hours, (I've done it on multiple occasions in 3). Jacksonville to Orlando should take much less than 3.5 hours. Gainesville to Orlando should take two hours. Tampa to Orlando should be about 1.5 hours. This should mean that the earliest people have to leave their houses should be about 9am if you take half an hour total to get gas, eat if you haven't already...etc. I suggest it end about 4pm. - Jameson L. • Yea you can reach it from all the locations in Florida but I doubt you're going to have everyone drive 3 hours to go meet up. Why don't we make one down in Miami and one up in Tally?
