I am currently a Principal Engineer at Hyundai-Kia Motors America, Incorporated. I have been working in the automotive industry on closures and closure hardware products since 1994 and have previously worked for Chrysler, Kiekert (Keykert USA), Strattec Security Corporation, and Magna Closures. My primary specialty and focus has been automotive locking systems, with experience in side door latches, tailgate/liftgate/trunk latches, locksets and keys, inside and outside door handles, hood latches, seat latches, and power closure mechanisms (power sliding door/power liftgate).
