Repco Authorised Service is Australia's largest independent workshop service network with approximately 480 businesses participating in the program. The aim is to provide independent mechanical workshops with access to business training and resources, technical training, brand identity and runs integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.
History
editFounded in Victoria in 1993 as Repco Auto Repair, after a successful trial it was expanded to all States of Australia over the next few years. Repco Auto Repair was rebranded Repco Authorised Service (RAS) in 2001. Initially mostly an advertising cooperative, Repco Authorised Service has developed into a full service program.
Business Model
editRepco Authorised Service is not a 1 model, each workshop is independently owned and operated. There are no Repco Parts owned workshops in Australia. The Repco brand is owned by GPC Asia Pacific, a division of GPC.
