Texas Estates Code edit

The Texas Estates Code is the statutory law enacted by the Texas state legislature that regulates estates, wills and will administration, and guardianships in the state of Texas.[1] These provisions were originally codified in the Texas Probate Code, which the Estates Code replaced in January of 2014 as part of the ongoing revision process begun in 1963. [2]
