Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code edit
The Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code is the statutory law enacted by the Texas state legislature that regulates civil suits, trials, damages, and extrajudicial dispute resolution.[1] The code was enacted in 1985 by Texas SB 797, 69th R.S. during the ongoing revision process begun in 1963. [2]

Notable Titles, Chapters, and Statutes edit
Title 2, Subtitle A, Chapter 13 regards the Affidavit of Inability to Pay costs, which is a form that can be submitted stating that a person filing a civil suit cannot afford to pay costs and fees associated with this suit.[3]
Title 2, Subtitle B, Chapter 21, Subchapter B empowers a district judge in a county which borders Mexico, is within a judicial district that contains counties that border Mexico, or borders the Gulf of Mexico to appoint a Spanish language translator as they see is necessary. [4]
Title 2, Subtitle C, Chapter 34, Subchapter B regards a person's ability to recover property seized by the government. These laws entitle a person to regain their property or receive market value reimbursement if it has already been sold after a judgement is reversed. [5]Title 2, Subtitle B, Chapter 30, Sec. 30.022 stipulates that in any case where an entity is seeking to challenge the enforcement of abortion laws the "prevailing party's" legal fees are to be paid by the losing party.
