180Smoke LLC is a vaping retailer and manufacturer based in Vaughan, Ontario. The company was founded in 2012 by Dr Gopal Bhatnagar[1], Boris Giller and Ashutosh Jha[2]. On February 19th, 2019, 180Smoke LLC was acquired by CannaRoyalty[3], commonly known as Origin House, in a deal that is worth an estimated C$40M according to CannaRoyalty president Afzal Hasan[4].

180Smoke LLC launched as an online retailer in Canada in 2012 and started opening retail stores shortly after. The first store is located at 657 Yonge Street, Toronto[5]. The Canadian website has an informational site which is free to use and shares information about vaping[6].

The company also owns VapeMall, a B2B wholesaler of vaping and cannabis devices and accessories[7].

420 Wellness, a subsidiary of 180Smoke LLC[8], has been approved by the City of Calgary to open its first cannabis dispensary in the city[9], following permission from the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission. 180Smoke LLC has over 24 retail stores[10] across Canada and the United States which sell vaping and cannabis accessories and devices.

The company has websites in both Canada and the United States using the domain names 180smoke.ca and 180smoke.com respectively. The corporation is partnered with producers including British American Tobacco and Philip Morris International[11]. Both companies manufacture multiple vaping devices which are sold through the online stores as well as in retail locations[12].
