Stephanie Roberts White became Lead Pastor on July 1, 2021, succeeding Mark Johnson upon his retirement from the ministry. She graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Christian Education and earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in 2009 from Asbury Theological Seminary, Kentucky. White received the Stranger Preaching Award, given by Asbury Theological Seminary to one outstanding graduating senior each year. Before her appointment to the pulpit of Towson United Methodist Church, she was minister of Pleasant Hills United Methodist Church in Owings Mills, Maryland. Her husband, Maj. Kevin White, is a U.S. Army chaplain at Fort Meade.[1]
