I am Fred(assumed name). I am here to investigate administrative behavior. I feel doing so will result in harassment. My other account links to my real identity. I feel editing from my regular account would result in harassment.

...long-term contributors using their real names may wish to use a pseudonymous account for contributions with which they do not want their real name to be associated... These accounts are not sockpuppets... whose Wikipedia identity is known within that circle, or traceable to their real-world identity, may wish to use an alternative account to avoid real-world consequences from their editing...
My other account is traceable to my real identity and I have been harassed in the past for investigating user conduct. As such I believe this account is a legitimate alternate account. I am willing to hear arguments to the contrary.
I intend to be civil, assume good faith and abide by all expectations of the community while I make my case.
Checkusers are welcome to confirm that I am not violating anything in the Inappropriate uses of alternative accounts section. However please let me know if you are doing this. Any concern regarding my other account should be addressed privately via e-mail, any violation will be accidental. A comment to me will change my behavior faster than a block or sanction will as I am a reasonable person.
Anyone else who wants to talk to me about my actions here are welcome to use my talk page. I am happy to respond to any concerns or questions.
