I'm a Spartan and I speak average C++, poor HTML, bad Delphi, bad English, bad German, terrible French and awful Russian and still can summon knowledge of languages between these such as Frisian or php out of nothing. This account can be counted as a sock puppet, for I had other incarnations on Wikipedia, but I'd like to have the same username on all those different Wikipedia language versions I contribute to, for to be easier identifiedable.
