It looks like a Wikipedian should be engaged a minimum of one or two hours per day in some kind of wp activity. Reading, proof-reading, discussing content, any meaningful activity for the benefit of the community.Inawe 07:33, 29 May 2017 (UTC)

curating vs creating

Is there any benefit in curating content compared to creating it? Adding content to wp is basically curation. It is always a lot of work. The process and result of curation is creative. Inawe 06:59, 29 May 2017 (UTC)

Could wp editing be of help to focus entirely on the essential, that is on content that has notability?
If yes, it would be another tool for character formation.

power of sandbox

I am used to state facts or assumptions.
It would be much more powerful to come with good questions that drive me into thoughtful creativity.

Is it ok to brain-storm in public? The strength of sandbox is that it is public. I would always support an open way of thinking and articulating text. Others can then later relate to certain text/ideas. The more I test WP, the deeper I am convinced that this is an awesome platform as online learning/teaching environment. If only sandbox would exist in the namespace, it would make already much sense.

Userpage would be the place for some ID info and badges. If sandbox is the operational hub, then usertalk should be neglected. As all online activities--whether it will work we'll actually see "in the flow", not beforehand. Therefore let's stick to the sandbox rule and debrief later. "The place of reflection and academic work should be the sandbox, the same way as photoshop is for the photographer."

The editor on Firefox looks good and is comfortable. Sandbox can easily be operated on Android.

I very much like the night theme of the Android WP editor. Again, good for the eyes.

irc/wp work flow

The participant toggles between the IRC and the WP screen.
WP is static, IRC is dynamic. Or in other terms: asynchronous and synchronous.

I'm toggling between irc and wp sandbox right now. Works as great as on the laptop.

New thoughts, brain-storming and formation should always be done in the sandbox.

The place of reflection and academic work should be the sandbox as it is "photoshop" for the photographer.
