edit

Ucha Pind It is situated at the borders of Jalandhar and Kapurthala (Phagwara) districts in the state of Punjab(India). As the name suggests you can start seeing a high view of the village from a distance.

Adjacent villages are Bohani, Musapur, Babeli. It is also few kms away from Shaheedan Gurudwara Talhan Sahib.

A very picturesque village with people a lot of camaraderie among people of all faiths. Before partition, it had half muslim population that can be made out by seeing the ruins of old mosques (though pretty small).
