Heiko Vogel (* 21 November 1975 in Bad Dürkheim) is a German football manager. Presently he is manager of the Swiss Swiss Super League club FC Basel.

Vogel grew up in Wachenheim and played football for his local clubs TuS Wachenheim and FC 08 Hassloch. He did his apprenticeship as teacher and became sports teacher. He worked for many years within the youth system of FC Bayern München as coach of the U-10, U-13, U-15 and U-17 teams. From 2007 until 2009 he worked as assistant to Thorsten Fink at FC Ingolstadt 04. On 9 June 2009 Fink was appointed as the new manager of FC Basel and Vogel followed as assistant straight away.

On 13 October 2011 Fink left the club to join Hamburger SV and on the same day Vogel was appointed as the new Basel Manager. His first games in charge of the team will be in the Swiss Cup fixture on 15 October, away against FC Schötz, and the Champions League Group C fixture on 18 October 2011, at home to Benfica.
