I have been working on Urban Design Theory for thirty years. I coined the term "Greyfield" in an urban design essay as an architecture student in 1995. This pre-dates the term used to describe Greyfield Mall Land in the US. My businesses are now building homes on Greyfield Land as per the original definition and I am moving the explanation of Greyfield Mall Land in the US to a new wikipedia page.
