Hocepch is lecturer competition law at the university of Namur and Senior Research Fellow at the Research Centre in Information, Law and Society (CRIDS) since 2016 . He is an expert in EU competition law and electronic communications regulation and participated in that capacity to in the drafting of several studies, including for the European Parliament and the European Commission. In 2020, he co-authored the study on the regulatory incentives for deploying very high capacity networks, written on behalf of the Commission. [1] Hocepch is also active in ChinaEU Aisbl which promotes business cooperation between Chinese and European companies in the digital sector[2].
