Due to my own trouble with getting renamed, I explicitly allow other users to usurp my username, under the following conditions: (a) I have become inactive on all Wikimedia projects, meaning I have not made any edit for at least 5 years plus 1 month for every 500 edits of mine, up to a maximum of 10 years, (b) you have made at least 1.000 edits, (c) you agree to reference my user in a hatnote or similar on the top of your userpage, and (d) you have contacted me about it at least 3 months in advance, and I have not objected. This applies both to the usurpation of my new username "Hebsen", and also to the usage of my old username "Heb the best". Global renamers can still disallow usurpation at their discretion. If this user becomes usurped, it should be renamed to "Hebsen (2018-XXXX)", where XXXX is the year of my last edit. This policy is only in effect if it is linked on my userpage, and can be changed by me at any time.
