He is currently working as part time Team Member at Tim Horton. Simran has previously worked as Civil Engineer in Gulf Region Dubai in United Arab Emirates. Before coming to Dubai he completed his Bachleors of Technology in Civil Engineering from GNE college in India in 2013 . He is also the volunteer of Canadian Red Cross.
Singh was born on 01 October 1991 at Jalandhar, Punjab to a Sikh family. His family later moved to Kapurthala. He studied at Kendriya Vidayala upto Grade 12 at Kapurthala. After passing the exam of CET he was selected in GNE college where he took Civil Engineering course for 4 years. His father Rajinder Pal Singh is noted person of Indian Railways, he bought at Bystronic German laser cutting machine in 1990 for Indian Railway, which is still the costly and the best laser machine ever bought by Indian Railways. His Grandfather was an army man he fought Indo-Pak war of 1965 and awarded with Param Vishisht Seva Medal. Moreover his great grandfather was also a solider and he had fought in Second World war.
Harsimran Singh graduated from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana Punjab where he earned a degree in Civil. He was a member of Volleyball team for three years. In which he made his team victory for 2 seasons. He was also selected for University team. But due to his interest in construction he left that opportunity.
