Working in the area of Child Protection:- Resulted in More than 10,000 out of school children were brought back to school, More than 1000 child marriages are prevented. Lead Roal in creating child protection structure at verious levels and building thier capacity, through leading a child protection programme in Koppal District of Karnataka State of India.

Involved in Organizing and Participated in Several National level workshops, conferances and Trainings on Child Labour, Chila Marriage and Child Protection issues.

Working as Programme Coordinator in Child Protection Programme of Government of Karnataka and UNICEF, in Koppal from 2010.
