Parrotainment is a Nigerian entertainment website created in June 2016 by Ayoola Adesoye. Parrotainment.com is an entertainment website that entertains audience across the world with trending, educative and entertaining content. The website started as a university blog to helping musically hustling students to have their songs uploaded for sharing and downloading before it later became nation wide to International. The website publishes wide ranges of news, gossips, songs, videos and explore contents. The current manager of Parrotainment is Alex Okor who is currently a medical student of UNIBEN.

According to her traffic analysis, it generates traffic from at least 50 countries a day around the world. Parrotainment offers music download, visual contents for viewing and educative contents.
Parrotainment nurtures also her sub-websites named Phorum and Play. Phorum as it is named, forum, is a forum website where audience ask and answers question while Play is completely a music hosting website where audience upload their songs, listen and download songs. Parrotainment generates at least one thousand traffic a day and it is ranked closed to 700 thousand on Alexa[1].

The name Parrotainment was discovered 2016. It was originated from a popular bird-family character, Parrot and was at the same time linked to a word and its meaning, entertainment which later amalgamated into Parrotainment. Parrotainment started off as a campus music blog in order to help students promote their songs for sharing and downloading. After some months,with some good results, it expanded and serves nationwide. Parrotainment began to be popular after hosting two different award voting which each generated more than 20 thousand traffic.
Later years, Parrotainment gave birth to its sister platforms, Phorum and Play and which Phorums serves audience as a forum website and the other, Play serves audience as a music website.
Parrotainment also is a subsidiary of AYOOLA Group of Business and it is been managed and run by Alex Okor, a medical student of UNIBEN who found love in blogging aside his academy.
