I hope you are aware that you are putting an information which can be termed as blatant lie. For example, on what basis are you calling Remigio Maradona the Secretary General of IIMSAM. Why would any respected organisation appoint a Secretary General against whom larceny and fraud are alleged ? It has to be person of extraordinary talent especially if the person is not from a country that is a Member State of IIMSAM.
Please do not be judgmental about facts and take them as they are. What if someone says that that the so-called ombudsman of IIMSAM does not have a university degree ? I would ask you to check the facts.
