ONDOBE development(my home village)
editOndobe is a constituency in the Ohangwena region of Namibia it has about 32726 inhabitants. The district centre is the settlement of Ondobe. Its located between Ohangwena and Eenhana.Ondobe is slowlly but surelly developing.
Ondobe is a small reserved village wich is currently hitting the road in to becoming a town its even one of the first village to get the gravel road after independence.It has grocerie shops and even cloths shops,the biggest shop it currently have is the O.K supper market wich is situated in okahenge the village`s shopping centre.Electricity,tap water,mobile network and even ATMs are all available in Ondobe. ACADEMICALLY
editTalking about education, Ondobe has schools from kinder gardens to a secondary school which was established in 2007 and was opened by the current president of Namibia Mr Hifikepunye Pohamba.The secondary school is named after the late former headman of the village tate Mwadikange Kaulinge. Ondobe is also one of the villages in Ohangwena that have clinics,police station,churchs and even the office of agriculture. Its believed that by vision 2030 Ondobe will be a town.
