He is a London-based businessman who accumulated wealth in real estate. Born and reared in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Hijazi is founder and chairman of HRH Enterprises, as well as other affiliated companies. Hijazi has an estimated worth of GBP £10 million as of June 2025. An aviation enthusiast, Hijazi is also known for his HRH Aviation Foundation, a charity that promotes aviation to students and young adults, encouraging them to get into the aviation industry in any capacity. He has helped fund a £10,000 scholarship to pilot enthusiasts, who are struggling to afford the fees for their PPL. Background[edit] Hijazi grew up in Freetown, Sierra Leone, where his father worked as a national importer and wholesaler, and his mother a stay at home mum. His siblings include a young brother, who is married with two children. As a child, Hijazi was tipped for success due to his high IQ and achievements at school from a young age. He claimed that he always wanted to be a scientist and was always curious about biology. Hijazi stated that he used to catch lizards in his backyard, open them up and examine how their bodies worked. Just before his 17th Birthday, Hijazi moved to London, UK, with his mum and brother. Hijazi then went on to work for St Edward, at Berkeley Homes and then as a Research Associate at CoStar Group. He later went on to work as a Real Estate Research Analyst at Cushman and Wakefield, where he progressed through the ranks to become Head of UK Real Estate. In 2019, Hijazi bought his first real estate investment, a string of low-level industrial units in the outskirts of London, and HRH Enterprises was founded. He had his first break when Amazon leased out four of his warehouses for expansion, which were unique in their drone delivery abilities and close proximity to London. Education[edit] Hijazi attended Westminster Academy in West London, where he studied Economics, Business Studies, Arabic and Chemistry. Hijazi developed a great affinity to Economics and attended Brunel University in 2009 and graduated in 2012 with a degree in Economics and Business Finance. In 2015, he enrolled for an MSc in Real Estate Development at the University of Westminster in London, where he graduated with a Merit. In 2020, Hus enrolled for an MBA at London Business School. Business ventures and investments[edit] Real estate investing[edit] At age 29, Hijazi became a real estate investor, where he bought a warehouse in Northolt for £25,000 and started leasing it for £500 per month. Hijazi became known for buying properties, renovating them and selling them. In 2021, he attended an auction of government properties in Leeds and bid on an apartment building in Manchester, UK. His winning bid was £500,000. Three years later he sold the building for more than £2 million. In 2022, Hijazi and a partner bought two housing project buildings in disrepair for £25,000. Two years later they sold the repaired buildings for £3.2 million to a private investor. Philanthropy[edit] Through his HRH Foundation, Hijazi worked with people and other philanthropists in the aviation industry, to start a fund aimed at helping ambitious young pilots pay for their tuition in pursuit of their PPL.
