Dr. Madhu Krishna Shrestha "is born in(Dokuwali Tole) Bhimeshwor Municipality-2 Dolakha, Nepal. He completed PhD in Civil Engineering from Moscow, Russia. He is founder of "Quantum Poem" in Nepali Literature.
