About me

I am a young college student who lives in the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy playing video games such as Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, Minecraft, and hit game Fortnite, which exploded in popularity in fall of 2017, due to the launch of their Battle Royale game mode. I do have a few more interests including but not limited to, hanging out with my girlfriend, spending quality time with my two kittens, and going out to eat at nice restaurants.

My Wikipedia activities

My interests relating to Wikipedia are digging deeper into topics I already enjoy learning about. If I ended up working on content here long term, my goal would be to create articles about the things I am interested in. If I eventually end up as an avid volunteer here, I would love to educate people on my personal passions.

Article Evaluation

For as long as I can remember, I have been a huge fan of Pokémon. I played all of the original Nintendo DS games, watched the weekly episodes of the anime when they came out, and binge-watched every single movie there is. During my research on the Pokémon world, I visited the Pokémon Bank article on Wikipedia and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: Is each fact cited from a reliable source, are there irrelevant sections or sentences, and does the article take a neutral stance?

Source Reliability

During my review of the article, all of the facts are cited from a reliable source. I did notice one discrepancy from the first paragraph though, there is no citation after the first fact is listed, I found the fact at the bottom labeled "1" and the link corresponds the the information being stated. If I could change anything, I would just add the citation immediately after the text to give the reader more clarity on where this informatic is being pulled from.

Relevancy

While I was reading through the article. I found no instances of any irrelevant sections or sentences. All of the information provided is relevant to the article itself. So, I would not update anything in this article relating to relevancy of the information.

Neutrality

All of the information in this article is nonbiased fact. I don't see how there could be any bias towards anything from the nature of this article. It is providing information purely based on true events. So based on the idea of the article being very neutral, I do not think this this section requires my attention for review.

Conclusion

All in all, I would say that this page is very good. The information is very accurate and gives the reader all the information they could want on this niche subject. Every single fact was referenced to a reliable website, from my reading and understanding on the Pokémon Bank all of the information looks relevant to the subject, and this article took a neutral stance and provided nonbiased facts relating to the topic.
