Mika Packalén (born August 12, 1971) is a Swedish floorball profile who has played for clubs such as Tyresö IBK, Hagsätra IBK, and Kista/Järfälla IBK. However, it is as a coach and expert commentator that he has made the biggest impact on the sport. Packalén's biggest achievements include winning the Swedish Championship in 2004 and the World Championship with the Swedish men's national team in 2021 and 2022.


Mika has coached several clubs within Swedish floorball, including AIK, Visby IBK, IBF Falun, Endre IF, Tyresö Trollbäcken IBK, and Järfälla IBK. He has also won two awards as Coach of the Year in Swedish floorball.


Mika Packalén has also been a vital part of the Swedish national teams. He served as a scout for the Swedish women's national team that won the World Championship in 2009 and was the Team Manager for the Swedish men's national team during their successful years in 2021-2022, when they won double World Championships and gold at the 2022 World Games.


Packalén has also worked as an expert commentator for several major media broadcasters in Sweden, including Svenska Spel, Sveriges Radio, and TV4. Since 2020, he has been a part of SportExpressen's floorball broadcasts from the Swedish Super League (SSL). In his role as an expert, he shares his extensive knowledge and experience within the sport.
