History
GrowthLab is the venture incubation organization within the StartOut Community.
It is sponsored in part by DLA Piper[1] and JP Morgan who assists in choosing new startups led by LGBTQ+ Founders. [2]
The Growth Lab site report nearly $900M raised for companies in the program, despite a highly selective 74 graduates boasting over 4,000 created jobs.[3]
StartOut also has a podcast which frequently features founders from the GrowthLab program for in depth interviews.
The program currently has 13 cohorts of 6-10 companies.
