Sometimes I just browse Wikipedia for information, and I come across a typo or a section that could use a link to another article, for clarification or further learning. I edit those things as well.
I am a noob Wikipedian, even though I've been registered on this site for years. For this reason, I don't take offense if you decide that one of my edits is incorrect or misplaced or misleading.
I check on most of my contributions after a few days to make sure they're still there, and if not, a note in the reversion is all I need in order to understand what I did wrong, and hopefully find a better source, better phrasing, or otherwise.
