This research project will discuss and explore disabled and dysfunctional learning in Teams and organizations. It will explore limitations of the human body in memory and performance. It will characterize individual learning and its relationships. It will justify organizational learning as organic. It will identify problems with organizations built in responses to change. It will identify learning cycles in business and their various broken or missing parts. The connection will be made between the individual mind and an adaptive and complex organization.

Human Cognitive Limitations are a segment of organizational learning disabilities that is attributable to individual perception problems where the employee is disconnected from the organizations culture and the organizational environment.

Individual Learning is a segment of organizational learning disabilities that explores that characteristics of the individual within the organization and the connection they have with across levels of the organization and how they view themselves as part of it.

Organizational Learning is a segment of organizational learning disabilities that explores the connection and interaction of different levels of the organization, the individuals it is comprised of, the culture that is developed from its learning and its interaction with the reactive external environment.

Standard Operating Procedures is a subject of organizational learning disabilities where complex situations that require careful analysis and probably custom deployment or resources and mew ideas are solved with rules of thumb and other standard operating procedures.

Broken Learning Cycles are a part of an organizations learning disabilities when superstitious learning allows an incorrect assumption that a certain action caused a particular outcome when changes in the environment, the organization, or one or more if its individuals was the true cause.
