Dear Mrs. B,
Thank you so much for all your hard work for our class! I think I can speak for everyone when I say that you are great at making learning fun, challenging and organized. Whether it be quadratic equations, trigonometry, or word problems, it's so awesome that you always find ways to make these topics interesting. I hope to see you in high school in the years to come!
Thank you so much, J. A.

It was you, who instructed us with vigor

Hello Mrs. B,
I just want to say thank you! You've spent so much time on each one of us, ensuring that we succeed. Thanks for making the last three years fun!

Thank you so much for making math fun and exciting for all middle school. This has genuinely been my favorite subject these years because of you.
-A.G.

Thank you for always being such a great teacher for the past 3 years. You have honestly been my favorite teacher throughout middle school. You have taught me to think differently about math and to always finish a problem. Thank you for making this my favorite class.
-E.M.

Thank you so much for treating your students like friends and making learning a privilege instead of a burden. Talking to you is so much easier than talking to other teachers, because it feels like talking with a friend instead of conversing with authority.
Last year, third period was just a group of hungry and tired kids, constantly glancing at the clock in the back of the room. This year, third period is a class that all your students look forward to. Your presence alone is enough to make class better. Having a substitute further proves my point. We haven’t had many substitutes, but every time we do the class becomes the same old group of hungry and tired kids again.
Thank you again for your kindness and friendliness, as well as the amazing attitude that everyone strives for.

Hello Mrs. B! Thank you so much for being such a great math teacher. You always make your classes fun, and I always looked forward to the enrichment periods. I have learned so many things from you. I'll keep trying my best to be a math student in the future!
-T.S.

THANK YOU MRS. B! You are the best teacher I have ever had!
-J.D.

I don't have anything too fancy for you, but I just want to let you know how much of an impact your class has made on me as a student. You've helped me learn the importance of sticking with my work and not cutting corners and taking shortcuts, and I really can't thank you enough. The work you've done to provide our class with the resources and support we need to succeed have given me a greater appreciation for the hours all of my teachers put into their students.
I can only hope that my future teachers will have the dedication you did and instill the same work ethic as you did into us. I'll never forget the content we learned, but more importantly the way we learned it. Without the lessons you taught and your teaching philosophy, myself and many others wouldn't be here today to thank you for what you've done.

Thank you, Mrs. B.
-C.M.

Mrs. B, you are the best math teacher I could ask for. I really enjoyed having lunch and learning with you these past few years. You taught me to:
-explain with purpose and without “fluff”
-spend some time with the question
-persevere but not perseverate
Thank you for your encouragement and unwavering belief in me!
-K.S.

Thank you for everything these past few years. I'm so lucky to have been given the opportunity of being in your class. I always looked forward to math in middle school, and I'll continue to look forward to it at high school. That's all thanks to you. You've had such a huge impact on my life, and you've made me a better student, mathematician, and person as a whole. I wouldn't be the way I am today without you. :You've made me see math in a whole different light, and words can't even explain how grateful I am for that. I'm sorry our last year together was cut short, but I really hope to see you around the high school sometime.
Thank you for being the best teacher I've ever had.

Hi! It’s me, J.E. I know I never really was that good at staying quiet during class, and I probably could have worked a lot harder during middle school. To be honest, it’s a miracle I even made it through this class. Despite this, I still learned all the material, and I think it would have been so much more difficult for me to get through this class without such a kind, patient, and determined teacher. I’m sorry that :we won’t be able to make you anything too special for the end of the year, but I hope this will even if just a little bit help you to know how grateful we are to have had you teach us for three years. These last three years really have been fun.
Thanks,
-J.E.

Thank you for teaching me so much over the past 3 years. I know 6th grade was a little rough, but I’m so glad I got to better know you as a person and get used to the way you teach. Your classes are always fun, and you know exactly how to motivate all your students! I know this year was shorter than the others, but I am still extremely grateful for what you have done in terms of teaching us not only :math, but how to persevere, and how to have a growth mindset AND how to use grit! THANK YOU MRS B!
-G.B.

THANK YOU FOR EVEYRTHING!
From the year I joined your class in 7th grade, I’ve learned a lot about math and everything to do with it. I used to be annoyed by math, but these past 2 years have completely changed my mind about it. you’re one of the best teachers I’ve ever had, probably my favorite teacher at barker. You found a way to make work interesting even though the problems and content may have been difficult, but I :became invested in figuring them out and this has even helped me in other classes too. Thank you for being a great teacher for the past (ALMOST) 2 years!
