Josephine M. Cojuangco National Technical Vocational High School (commonly referred to as JCNTVHS or TechVoc; Filipino: Pambansang Mataas na Paralang Teknikal at Bokasyonal ng Josephine M. Cojuangco), formerly Mayantoc Technical Vocational High School is a public secondary school in Mayantoc, Tarlac. It was established by the virtue of RA 10268 approved in Congress on July 24, 2012 through the initiative of Hon. Congressman Enrique M. Cojuangco of the First Congressional District of Tarlac. Situated at Poblacion Norte, Mayantoc, Tarlac, the newly created Technical Vocational school in Region III and the first public vocational high school in the town proper of Mayantoc, is on its 8th year of operation this S.Y. 2020–2021.

The school site has an area of 10, 009 square meters acquired by the virtue of Deed of Donation of the Municipal Government on its Transfer Certificate of Title No. 42577 on March 15, 2011 signed and represented by Hon. Mayor Iluminado E. Pobre Jr. (LGU) and Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Antonieta B. Tiotuico (DepEd).

On June 3, 2013, the actual operation had started with 55 Grade 7 students, 3 LSB Teachers and Dr. Nelia Y. Andres as the First Principal. The school was temporarily housed at Mayantoc Central Elementary School while there is no school building yet. Persistent request for the school buildings and teacher items have done by the administration.
