- On 11 September 2008 J. Wells Dixon filed a "Motion for leave to proceed ex parte" with regard to Majid Khan (Guantanamo captive 10020) (ISN 10020) in Civil Action No. 06-cv-1690 (RBW).[2]
- Dixon's motion is a request for permission to file motions that are withheld from the Prosecution -- because they contain information that would weaken the Defense if it were made known to the Prosecution.[2]
