Gabi is a freshman at the University of Southern Indiana. She is currently taking Mass Communications and is working toward a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Criminal Justice.
She serves as news editor for USI's media group (website, social networks, and print editions), The Shield.
Gabi unfortunately has a knack for making normal situations awkward, and she apologizes in advance if you would have either the pleasure or displeasure of meeting her.
Gabi enjoys reading True Crime novels and satire. Her favorite books are Helter Skelter, Fight Club and A Clockwork Orange. She does, however, have a soft-spot for heartstring tuggers like The Fault in Our Stars, proving that she could indeed be a stereotypical teenage girl.
Her favorite TV show is A&E's modern prequel to Psycho, Bates Motel, or Showtime's Shameless (U.S. TV series). She enjoys music by Melanie Martinez, Lana Del Rey, Tove Styrke, The Hush Sound, Panic! At the Disco and The Brobecks.
