Garry Johnson is a punk poet and an expert on Skinhead fashion and street punk movements. He has written 23 books with the most famous being View From The Deadend Of The Street, Punk Poet, Boys Of The Empire and Punk Rock & TV Times. He has also written biogs of rock legends David Bowie, Queen, Ozzy Osbourne and Iron Maiden. His poems have been recorded by punk bands The Business, Klasse Kriminal and punk Legend Frankie Flame. Garry has also recorded his own album The Empire Fights Back and cult punk single If Looks Could Kill. He also starred in the TV documentary A Day In The Life Of A Beat Street Poet and has just finished starring in The History Of Oi. Garry is currently raising funds to fund a `Private Prosecution` against a child-abusing pimp. As part of his `campaign For Justice` he is releasing two books, a talking book and a CD in the New Year. His ambition for 2008 is name & shame the Essex pervert.
