The Queen of Queens tournament is an annual women's tournament in DWP of 8-10 wrestlers held between February and April. The first ever winner of the tournament was Heathen after she defeated Emma Banks in the finals. Starting from 2026, the winner of the tournament would be granted a women's world championship match.
