His life and further career development

edit

Qonja is one of Namibia well established artist with four albums to his name since he took the industry by storm in 2006.He has been very quiet for almost three consecutive years. His absence and disappearance from the musical scene was actually necessitated by the need to personally grow and reflect on his career development. Through this reflection, Qonja came across the spiritual journey and decided to explore it further thus he decided to give a little break to his music career that’s why he has been quite. Qonja through his spiritual exploration decided to change to a born-again and he even went public. In the mean time, Qonja’s relationship with God is going perfect and he decides to spread the words of God to fellow humans through his music especially in his newly released album for this year. Qonja says his conversion to a born again does not necessarily mean a complete change of his style but rather a total lyrical change of his music.[1]
