The following are articles that I am considering for my Wikipedia project:
- Communication theory: as a student in the School of Journalism and Mass Communications, I am always interested in learning more about the role of communication in different fields and areas of study. I think I would like to concentrate on the affects of communication in society.
- Conformity versus Resistance: This topic idea came to me during our first face-to-face class. Why do we conform to what's around us? What causes us to put our unique thoughts in the back burner instead of expanding them? I would focus on externalization and bringing out ideas.
- Digital Sociology: More specifically social media and its influence on our society today. I've always been interested in the power of social networks and think that it would be interesting to learn more about what impact, good and bad, it has had on this past decade.
