Global Solutions Education Fund Pittsburgh (GSP), an independent 501(c)(3) educational organization, was founded by Emily Bloch in 1947 and is the local affiliate of Citizens For Global Solutions, a national organization working toward global solutions to global problems. The organization has been educating western Pennsylvanian citizens about our global interdependence for over fifty years. Global Solutions Education Fund Pittsburgh, until April 2004 known as the World Federalist Association of Pittsburgh, is a non-profit organization located in downtown Pittsburgh. It is also an affiliate of World Federalist Movement. GSP works to educate citizens about global affairs and advocacy and strengthen international institutions. Among the priorities of GSP are international human rights, the environment, and the influence and actions of international institutions. In May 2009, GSP began development of thePittsburgh Human Rights Network.
