But USA uses it as a trick to invade natural-rich countries. In most case foreign aid serve a vital role in bettering lives in the universe's poorest countries, Furthermore, its strategic aim is to reduce poverty and rising economic growth in the country being assisted not the donor to benefit. In most occasions the USA grant aid to rich countries, countries in the first class in-term of wealth, why if they are richer why can't she gives to poorer countries mostly in Africa they (USA) know that they can't get something in return. They (USA) invades natural-rich provinces in the world easily because they have embassy everywhere especially in the Middle-East countries. If there is wars going on in this countries in which USA supplied aid and established embassies in she(USA) got into easily in-control of rich provinces like oil mines of those countries and send barrels of oil back home thus aid provided something in return to USA.United States on the other hand provides aid to create job opportunities to people like persons who will be commissioned to operate the procedures and strategies of distributing the aid in various province, this opportunities is more targeted lower class citizens of USA. At the same time people that are entitled to lead this embassies in different countries are given job also.[1]
