- A talk page is for discussing improvements to the article; see WP:TALK
- WP:EL covers this far better than I could.
- WP:ARCHIVE; basically create a subpage and copy and paste contents to there or simply move the page to that location.
- WP:UNDO is a feature which reverts the edit next to where the button is. For example, if the edit adds the word "the" clicking undo will remove that word.
- See the article history (click history at the top of the page). Names are listed there- you can click "compare versions" to see the change. You should only revert edits which violate policies and guidelines, you can use WP:UNDO as above. Be careful of edit warring and 3RR. If you need more help see my talk page.
