1. A talk page is for discussing improvements to the article; see WP:TALK
  2. WP:EL covers this far better than I could.
  3. WP:ARCHIVE; basically create a subpage and copy and paste contents to there or simply move the page to that location.
  4. WP:UNDO is a feature which reverts the edit next to where the button is. For example, if the edit adds the word "the" clicking undo will remove that word.
  5. See the article history (click history at the top of the page). Names are listed there- you can click "compare versions" to see the change. You should only revert edits which violate policies and guidelines, you can use WP:UNDO as above. Be careful of edit warring and 3RR. If you need more help see my talk page.
