Hi!

The user Frisia Orientalis comes from the region of East Frisia (in Latin: Frisia orientalis), located in the outmost northwest of Germany, on the North Sea coastline.

He usually works on articles related to his home region, especially on those dealing with his home town Emden. Furthermore, he is interested in articles on shipbuilding, ports, navies and the like. Sometimes he translates articles (or parts of them) from the German to the English Wikipedia and vice versa. Frisia Orientalis would be glad, if somebody overlooked his translations, since he, of course, is no native speaker of the English language. Sometimes, he also translates articles from Dutch to German and vice versa.

If You have any comments or want to discuss topics, please use his discussion page in the German Wikipedia (http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Frisia_Orientalis) and feel free to write in English (or Dutch). His French unfortunately has suffered from inactivity, his Italian is a very basic one, and his Spanish has never been really existant. Since reading is more simple than creating sentences: That's why his answers might be written in English (or Dutch) instead of French or Italian. ;-) But feel free to use these languages! :-)

Bye!
