Mormon Helping Hands
editIn addition to the church's other various philanthropic activities, one of the most noteworthy are the Mormon Helping Hands. A program that is focused on providing community service[1] and relief for victims of disaster[2], the Helping Hands have been offering service in their respective areas since 1998.[3] Along with providing physical labor, the church also provides materials needed for cleaning and aid.[4] Operations of the Helping Hands are typically administrated by the local ecclesiastical leadership.[4]
