Windhoek is the capital city of Namibia, it is situated in the central part of the country. Windhoek is one of the towns with fast growing population rate, and that is due to the migration of people from different part of the country. More and people are coming to the city every day looking job and better living life, and due to this reason the city population is growing to an uncontrollable rate.that has lead increase the informal settlement in Windhoek.ref>"Windhoek's Informal Settlements".</ref>

Problem at hand

There are many factors that cause the increase of the sharks in Windhoek, one of the main factors are the house price and the land price. Most people are low income and has extended family to take care of.[1] The modern houses are very expensive and most of the people cannot afford them so they end up living in sharks for the rest of their life.

City of Windhoek trying to control the situation

The city of Windhoek has try to control or stop the increase of sharks but they did it in a immoral way by destroying people sharks, instead directing people what can be done to keep to situation under control.[2] This has affected the people badly because has no any other alternative way of living beside in the sharks.
