I am a retired art teacher and practitioner/follower of Soto Zen Buddhism. My interest in philosophy started with the Ancient Greeks and Romans and extended on to modern philosophy. I am interested in non-duality, meditation practices and mindfulness. Although I veered towards the arts I am also interested in science, especially astronomy. My other interests are literature and poetry. I have written a book- length manuscript about William Blake so have some specialised knowledge there. Art history is another area of some expertise. I enjoy doing online MOOC courses.
