Bli Bi Gore Eric
Biography
editBli Bi Gore was born into a family of musicians, and he plans to use his gift to make a positive impact in his community and the world at large. Bli Bi Gore Eric is from Djsanufla, Ivory Coast.
From the tender age of six, he studied under the Master drummer in his village. This training laid the foudation for his travel around the world, with performances spanning across the United States, Europe, Africa, and South America.
Currently, Bli Bi Gore Eric is the Musical Director for Folade African Drum & Dance Ensemble, and a Music Professor part time at Agnes Scott College. Some of his achievements in the last 10 years include:
¨ 1996-1998 “Lakimado”:
o Opening for the world renown Rolling Stones, Greece 1998
o Winning Medal in Madagascar, Francophonie 1997
o San Patino Festival, Bolivia 1997
¨ 2003-2005 “Disney World’s Animal Kingdom”: Musical Performer
¨ 2005 “MTV Music Awards”: Musical Performer with Ludacris
¨ 2000-2006 “University of Florida”: Musical Performer for Fall dance concerts
