The Poor are Impotent.

edit
Recently we read in newspapers and Television news about high profile people grabbing land which includes The President and some ministers, while the poor people remain without nothing. The poor people mostly cannot afford to buy land for themselves as they are underpaid or sometimes not having decent jobs at all. Most of these people are living in shacks with no electricity and have to fetch water a distance from their places, this makes their living standards difficult especially for kids that goes to school and have to walk long distances to school, arriving late and tired.

They have little or sometimes nothing to feed their families. They have no permanent jobs and no opportunity to get well paying jobs. What worries one is that these people are always voting hoping for better living as promised. Their shacks are always demolished by municipality while millions of dollars are spent on unnecessary things, and misused by the greedy people on corruption. In most cases, the kids from the poor families go to school with empty stomachs making it difficult for them to study hard because they cannot stand watching other kids eating. These people will remain poor because the Government and municipality does not address their needs and provide them with affordable houses that they can afford to buy with the little income they earn from selling their Kapanas.
