Denver Pavilions is located on the 16th Street Mall in Downtown Denver and is one of several properties owned by Gart Properties^[1]. It also serves as the host to the annual Downtown Denver Arts Festival ^[2].

2009 Renovations
The property underwent renovations for 9 months in 2009. The renovations included new LED screens (two on the 16th Street Mall and one near the movie theatre), escalators, elevators, a crosswalk across Glenarm and updated lighting and landscaping. ^[4]

The project received funding from Denver Urban Renewal Authority. ^[5]
