Elia Samson Nyangi was born in October 16, 1995 in Iringa region of Tanzania. He is a Tanzanian politician for the Tanzania ruling party CCM since 2011.
He attended his primary school education at Uhominyi Primary School in the year 2002 to 2008 before joining Kihesa Secondary school in 2009 to 2012 for his Ordinary Level Certificate of Secondary Education. In 2013 he joined J J Mungai Secondary School for Advanced level Certificate of Secondary Education until 2015. In June 2015 he joined the Tanzania national Service training until September 2015.
In October 2015 he joined the University of Dar es Salaam for his bachelor degree studies pursuing bachelor of Arts with education (Political sciences and History).
In July 2019, He joined Pandit Deendayal Energy University in Gujarat, India for his master's education pursuing Master of Arts in Public Administration until June 2021.
